She gets a hug from Alexa DiNunzio, 11 years old who was also visiting the blossoms. Faith was born without front legs and has learned to walk upright. She travels the country visiting schools, malls, military hospitals etc. and serves as an inspiration for overcoming adversity and "making people happy" says her family member Jude Stringfellow. Faith is in the DC area for the first time.
