Africa Live

"Africa Live: Concerts for a Continent - Twenty Years of Philadelphia Inquirer Photography from Live Aid to Live 8" is an exhibit at the National Constituition Center running now through Labor Day 2005. The exhibit includes images from The Philadelphia Inquirer's photography archives from the 1985 Live Aid concert in Philadelphia and photographs from The Inquirer's "20 Years of Africa" web series to increase awareness of the concert's mission. All of the exhibit photos (except celebrity shots) and more are included on our photo store as 3 separate collections: Africa Live, Live 8 and Live Aid. In this collection, you will see the human side of the continent's challenges, triumphs and terrors.
