Years ago Kathy Strong of Walnut Creek made a promise to wear a POW bracelet that bears the name of James Moreland who has been missing in action in Vietnam since February, 7, 1968. At her home on Saturday, February 9, 2008 in Walnut Creek, Calif., Strong still wears the bracelet even though Moreland has been missing for over forty years.
