Montgomery County is expanding its walk-in summer free lunch program to assure that children in low-income families are getting fed during the summer in this recession. Students, staff and politicians show up to bring awareness to this expansion a Rolling Terrace Elem. School today. Lamboni is from a low income family and attends headstart at Rolling Terrace. He will attend kindergarten there this year.
